Therefore, Inuyasha and Ayame clearly embody Eric’s and Taylor’s fierce military code and belligerent sexual tension. Inuyasha and Ayame respectively encapsulate Eric’s headstrong fortitude and Taylor’s unwavering toughness as individuals. Ayame’s, on the other hand, are Trini Kwan from Seasons 1 to 2 and Aisha Campbell from Seasons 2 to 3 because she does possess Trini’s fighting spirit interspersed with her compassionate heart plus Aisha’s headstrong sass and determination. In terms of emulating Power Ranger couples from the Saban/Fox Kids Era, Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s best choices, given their respective Red and Yellow Ranger roles, are Eric x Taylor, Leo x Maya, and Andros x Ashley.
