It’s Summertime! And for Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles, aka The Fearlessly Fabulous Four, it’s the time where they have to look totally fly complete with shades, for the temperature has been rising in good, old Townsville, USA. I definitely enjoyed drawing this, as I was able to color their respective sunglasses and attire and the results were extremely pleasing. Boomer has definitely brought out his inner Muscles Glasses from Epic Meal Time. From the stoic expression to his awesome built he certainly makes the cut. Personality-wise, he’s more of a Tyler. Makes me wonder what Townsville’s version of Epic Meal Time looks like in terms of the cast. Obviously Brick fits Harley the most, Butch would be akin to Muscles Glasses, Boomer might be Tyler, and maybe other guys like Mitch Mitchelson and Mike Believe would be brought in to complete the roster. Let me know in the comments what your ideal Epic Meal Time Townsville Edition cast would look like. Blossom looks absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy I was able to get her stylishness down to a T and those rose-tinted glasses are a perfect fit. Buttercup admittedly acts more like Muscles Glasses in this picture given her equally stoic expression and the camouflage pants are a great fit for someone who is Team Xtreme’s toughest fighter. Finally, there’s Bubbles. I cannot tell you how much effort I had to put in order to get the peace sign down to T, but for what I accomplished I am rather proud of myself. So, there you have it. Four fabulous comrades consisting of Boomer the lovable, buff gentle giant, Blossom the genius bruiser, Buttercup the feisty bruiser, and Bubbles the kickass Genki girl all enjoying their summer. What are you waiting for? Grab your shades and bask in that summer glory. Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken.
The Powerpuff Girls
Quick question, dear viewers. What happens when you combine a buff gentle giant like Boomer, two bruiser babes like Blossom and Buttercup, and one kickass Genki girl like Bubbles? You get a stunning superhuman team that knows how to have fun but is also serious about giving baddies a good butt-kicking! Their ages in this pictures are as followed, Boomer is 26 years old, Blossom and Buttercup are 25 years old, and Bubbles is 24 years old. As you can, see our dear friends, Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles, seem to enjoy themselves in their Muay Thai training. And based on their expressions, they are going to open up a can of whoop-ass. Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken and Cartoon Network.
This piece of fan art is dedicated to all of the shippers of Blossoomer, Boomercup, and Boomubbles. Let’s all unwind and take a nice stroll with another beloved OT4 from the Powerpuff Girls universe, Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles, which is thus connected as Boomsomutterblesor, as I would like to call them, The Fearlessly Fabulous Four. We obviously see, from left to right, Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles looking rather serene and placid in a forest with an orange tree, an apple tree, and a garland of flowers that serves as a bridge between the two. Much like my previous Bricksomutchercup fan art, Boomer is 23, Blossom and Buttercup are 22, and Bubbles is 21. While I do love Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup because of how tough, strong, and awesome they are together as an OT4, combining Boomer with all three Powerpuff Girls is not only fascinating but it also paves the way for a healthier, more civil, and more loving relationship with the four of them and the shipping plausibility that Boomer has with not only Bubbles but also with Blossom and Buttercup is rather intriguing, thus making interesting dynamics come to fruition. Moreover, I have always seen Boomer as the first Rowdyruff to drop the nasty act and become the Powerpuff Girls’ greatest friend, ally, and companion and I see Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles as the ones who are more positive influence in Boomer’s life and, therefore, aid him to be a much better, more loving, and an overall happier person. On a side note, this particular OT4 could very much have the scenario of any well-written harem anime akin to Ah! My Goddess and Saber Marionette J, where Boomer is the misunderstood, frustrated young man who is so sick and tired of being consistently picked on by his older brothers, Brick and Butch. By no means would he be a spineless male lead, Boomer is much better than those typical male protagonists in harem anime, as he would call off Brick and Butch for their bullying and condescending attitude and tell them to screw off. That is until he meets Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles does he not only secretly admire them but he also longs to have better companionship. Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles would not understand each other at first, but Bubbles, being the optimist, decides to welcome him with open arms. Obviously, Bubbles is the cheery, loving, optimistic, fun-loving young lady who loves to see the best in everyone and certainly feels very close to Boomer. Buttercup is the stubborn, athletic, rambunctious, fiercely outspoken tomboy with a rather soft center that might be discovered by Boomer. Finally, Blossom is the book smart, eloquent, composed, virtuous, ladylike diplomat who sees beyond Boomer’s hard shell and realizes how much he’s hurting and how much he wants to be more loved. Thus, these three young ladies would give Boomer love in their own special ways, Blossom with her poise, compassion, empathy, and willingness to help him become a better person, Buttercup with her own brand of tough love, thus ensuring that he stands up for himself, and Bubbles with her overall purity, unwavering kindness, compassion, love, and light that she brings to Boomer, thus making his affections for her rather infectious. Essentially, Boomer does match Keiichi Morisato’s everyman nature and Otaru’s energetic personality. Blossom bears Belldandy’s and Cherry’s composure, elegance, and diplomacy while being a little more physical and outspoken. Buttercup has Urd’s feistiness and Bloodberry’s fierceness, athletic prowess, and toughness. Finally, Bubbles indubitably has Skuld’s cuteness, enthusiasm, and innocence as well as Lime’s endearingly energetic personality. Speaking of pairings, I know I made it really clear in my other two works involving Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles as well as the RRB/PPG pairing chart, but here’s the keyword version of my thoughts on the Boomer-centered pairings. Boomer x Blossom (Blossoomer)- endearing, plausible, charming, sweet, healthy, lovely, bears an innocence in terms of having the inwardly gentle Boomer and the diplomatically eloquent Blossom being paired up, has the potential to be a beneficial romantic pairing, makes me empathize these two, as Boomer is my most favorite Rowdyruff of all time and Blossom is my most favorite Powerpuff of all time next to Buttercup. Speaking of Buttercup. Boomer x Buttercup (Boomercup)- hilarious, cute, charming in an offbeat way, interesting role reversal with Boomer being rather submissive to Buttercup who wears the pants in this relationship, makes a great source of entertainment, just as healthy, as they help build each others’ self-esteem through encouragement and breaking down each others’ walls, functions more as a platonic pairing though more power to anyone who enjoys pairing these two up. Boomer x Bubbles (Boomubbles)- the healthiest, most endearing, most plausible, the loveliest, and, in my opinion, the greatest of the color-coded RRB/PPG pairings, bears a fairy-tale-like element with Boomer doing everything he can to keep Bubbles safe from harm, star-crossed lovers akin to Romeo and Juliet and Tristan and Isolde, meant for each other despite all odds, shows the most stability in terms of their overall synergy, hence Boomubbles being my Number 1 OTP for life when it comes to RRB/PPG pairings. Well, I hope you enjoyed this piece of fan art as well as my post and until then, have a lovely summer! Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken and Cartoon Network.

I have a question for you all that I am confident you will know the answer to. What happens when you combine two virile, brawny studs in the forms of Brick and Butch and two tough, sexy babes in the forms of Blossom and Buttercup? You get one of the most badass and most epic quartets not only known to man but also, to some extent, superhero history and even all of Townsville. Ergo, two rough, brawny, studly hunks plus two kickass, tough, fierce ladies equal Townsville’s Strongest Brawling Bruiser Quartet! Here we have Brick and Butch being the absolutely shredded muscle beasts and pillars of unlimited fortitude that they are and showing off their vascular veins, and their babes for life, Blossom and Buttercup, cracking their knuckles with a look of ferocity, fierceness, and determination and preparing themselves to knock out any criminal who dares to cross their paths. Just their presence alone is enough to make anyone quake at the sight of not only Brick’s and Butch’s muscles but also Blossom’s and Buttercup’s toughness and unparalleled combat skills. So, children and all those who are young at heart. Remember. Don’t do any form of crime. Or else these four brawling bruisers will make you do the time in a mega hardcore manner. Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken.
Now that the gentlemen had their turn, let’s check out the ladies! For your viewing pleasure here are Team Xtreme’s very own bruiser babes, Blossom the Commander and the Leader and Buttercup the Toughest Fighter. One should never cross swords with these ladies, as they can open up a can of whoop-ass before you can count to ten. For the outfits that I chose for Blossom and Buttercup, I was utterly inspired by fashionbella’s and tearmint’s respective clothing for these babes, as I slightly put my own spin on those outfits and I absolutely enjoyed the outcome of this. So much so, that I want to thank them for being such great inspirations for my love of fanart. The question remains, dear viewers. What happens when you combine such big, strong, muscular bruiser studs like Brick and Butch with equally strong, brave, and tough bruiser babes like Blossom and Buttercup? I think the answer should be obvious, so tune in later. Blossom and Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! For your viewing pleasure, here are Team Xtreme’s brawny warlord and super buff brawler, Brick and Butch, being the great, big pillars of strength that they are. Whether one marvels at their muscles or quakes at the sight of these two manly bruisers, one can never deny their presence. Brick and Butch of The Rowdyruff Boys from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken.
This is a public service announcement from my four all-time favorite bruisers, Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup, from Team Xtreme. Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup: SHUT UP AND GO TO HECK, CRIME! Brick: I bludgeon the fool who dares to murder, assault, and/or batter anyone, male or female! Butch: I go berserk when some dirtbag robs a store, holds up a bank or commits arson! Blossom: I ensure a harsh lesson on pain and punishment to anyone who thrives on corruption, abuse, animal cruelty, shady dealings, and general injustice! Buttercup: And you felonious punks can bet your filthy butts that I will be the one to execute you with a big knuckle sandwich! Brick: So, remember, folks. Butch: No matter how old or how young you are. Blossom: If you do the crime… Buttercup: You will do the time. Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup (punch the screen): HYAAAH!!! This has been a public service announcement made by the members of Townsville’s very own Team Xtreme. I certainly enjoyed making this piece of work. I figured that the appropriate setting for this would be a brick-walled alleyway and, in terms of the clothing, I gave Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup their signature color tops as well as matching blue jeans, gray fighting gloves, and white sneakers with their corresponding colors. And for those of you wondering where Boomer and Bubbles are, let’s just say that in this universe Boomer is the director of photography and Bubbles is the producer with the clapboard with these two alternating as directors. Brick, Butch, Blossom, and Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls belong to Craig McCracken.
So, I have just turned 26 years old, just four more years until I reach the big 3 o. I am both happy yet anxious because of all the plans I need to iron out for a more stable future and I have to keep on being consistent in everything I do. So, in honor of my very special day, I decided to draw the now grown-up Rowdyruff Boys and Powerpuff Girls looking really sharp tonight. In my headcanon, these two teams ended up becoming one grand superhero team, known as Team Xtreme, while they were still kids and have been on several missions from fighting monsters, beating criminals, battling supernatural forces and balancing all that with school, work, and other endeavors. Moreover, while the Powerpuff Girls have their parents, Professor Utonium and Miss Keane, known in my headcanon as Mrs. Keane-Utonium, I decided to let the Rowdyruff Boys be away from Mojo Jojo and Him and be adopted by Mr. Green and Miss Sara Bellum, known by her married name as Mrs. Sara Bellum-Green. No worries, I will definitely make fanart out of these two families, one when they were children and one when they are grown up. So, without further ado, here’s Team Xtreme from left to right. Brick “The Lord High Bludgeoner” Green, aged 25 going on 26 Butch “The Baron of Brawn” Green, aged 25 going on 26 Boomer “The Fleet Athlete” Green, aged 25 going on 26 Blossom “The Commander and the Leader” Utonium-Green, aged 25 Buttercup “The Toughest Fighter” Utonium-Green, aged 25 Bubbles “The Joy and the Laughter” Utonium-Green, aged 24 I hope you enjoy this piece of work and I will definitely see you on the flip side. Take care. The Rowdyruff Boys (Brick, Butch, and Boomer) and the Powerpuff Girls (Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles) belong to Craig McCracken.
Since this is spring, there’s nothing lovelier nor more gorgeous nor more calming than to see my most beloved bruisers, Brick, Blossom, Butch, and Buttercup, looking nice and having a serene, lovey-dovey moment with each other in the forest. This piece of fanart is dedicated to all the shippers of Blossick, Butchercup, Brickercup, and Blossutch. Moreover, the character ages in this pic are Brick, 23, Blossom, 22, Butch, 23, and Buttercup, 22. Having to draw my favorite OT4 of all time proved to be easier said than done. Nonetheless, I accepted the challenge I bestowed upon myself. Character positioning was one thing but the one I really had to perfect was all of the hand positionings. Heavens, talk about having to decipher who holds who and I thankfully found my way around it. As if it were not already obvious, Brick has arms around Blossom with his left hand extending to hold Buttercup’s hand. Blossom has her left hand on Brick’s left arm, as her right hand is touching Butch’s hand. Butch has his left arm around Blossom’s shoulder and his right arm around Buttercup’s waist. And finally, Buttercup has her right hand touching Brick’s left hand, which is covered by Blossom’s long hair and has her left hand on Butch’s left shoulder. So, there you have it, my OT4 for life. As much as I really like to ship Brick/Blossom or Blossick and Butch/Buttercup or Butchercup, I find both Brick/Buttercup or Brickercup and Butch/Blossom or Blossutch to be equally as compatible, plausible, lovely, endearing, entertaining, and just plain awesome as the main color-coded shipping of the Reds and the Greens. I am fully aware that Blossick is shipped to high heaven, but here’s my take on this pairing. In my opinion, it’s a relationship based on trust, respect, understanding, letting go of any prejudices, and breaking each others’ walls down. When one combines Brick’s street smarts with Blossom’s book smarts, it’s a team-up to be reckoned with. Sure, Blossom has to put up with Brick’s abrasive attitude and occasional anger issues, and he has to put up with her tendency to overanalyze and overthink things. However, they seem to find common ground and iron things out, hopefully for the best. Plus, Blossom is the paradigm of morality and perfection, while Brick is the paradigm of ensuring an authoritative nature without question and impulsivity. While they might seem like the undisputed commanders and leaders on the outside, they might have their own crippling flaws on the inside, thus showing they are not perfect. In spite of their imperfections, they very much have to take them in stride not only as the eldest children of their brood but also as leaders and role models and acknowledge each others’ flaws and insecurities so that they can help each other improve without the need to be condescending nor bear any animosity whatsoever. Thus showing a relationship that over time can flourish into something more. Even more so, while Brick tends to think with his fists with a good amount of tactics, Blossom thinks with her head when planning an attack. In terms of whatever ills they had with each other in the past, they would end up forgiving each other and starting anew letting go of all the anxieties of the old and striving towards a better future. I am also completely aware that Butchercup is shipped to shipped to high heaven and here’s my take on it. Move over, Ranma and Akane! Get lost, Inuyasha and Kagome! Take a hike, Ataru and Lum! Because there’s a new Takahashi couple in town that will wipe the floor with their brand of belligerent sexual tension and overall volatility and that is Butch and Buttercup. I kind of see them as one of the Takahashi couples to end all Takahashi couples because of the fact that they are stubborn, hard-headed, volatile, and seem to be the type of people that will shout at each other one moment and make out in the next moment. It’s not like I have anything against these type of couples, with the exception of Inuyasha and Kagome, as I cannot stand how much dominance she thinks she has over him with the Beads of Subjugation, hence my deep-seated hatred for this pairing, it’s just that at times the Takahashi couple do tend to be entertaining but when their relationship status drags the plot along, it can be rather tedious to see the two characters as a plausible or healthy couple. You may be asking, why do I not like Inuyasha and Kagome as a couple, but like Butch and Buttercup together? Well, it all chalks down to Butch and Buttercup being the toughest and strongest fighters of their groups and, boy, do they do a lot of the fighting. So, being emotional or lovey-dovey or syrupy is completely out of the question, as I am sure that they are the type of people who have zero tolerance for anything saccharine. However, when they combine their combat prowess, it is definitely a team-up to be reckoned with, and their ritual as a couple would be pummeling criminals by day and making steamy love to each other by night. Inuyasha and Kagome, on the other hand, I could never get into this pairing because there are times that Kagome, in spite of her growing archery skills and her position as the main female protagonist, is often given the role of being the damsel in distress, and it’s usually up to Inuyasha to save her. While the usage of the Beads of Subjugation was meant as protection in the first half of Inuyasha, there were times in later episodes that they were used for petty punishment against Inuyasha, even if he did not deserve it. Thus, making Inuyasha’s and Kagome’s relationship kind of toxic, as Kagome comes off as domineering towards Inuyasha as the lapdog. At least with Butch and Buttercup, sure, they can get into each others’ skins, but at least they…
